Sync Forward is a music label run by Gatti & Caiano, Lda, NIPC 516811681, Rua Teófilo Carvalho dos Santos 176, 4460-835 Guifões, Portugal. Contact: [email protected].
Music downloads are paid through Stripe Managed Payments. Sold through Link, LLC is the merchant of record. Link runs the checkout and sends your receipt and invoice. Link also handles payment support, refunds and disputes under its own terms. Your card statement can show LINK.COM.
You buy a digital download of a release: the audio files and artwork shown on its page. There is no physical item and no subscription. The checkout shows the full price before you pay.
You can download, keep and play the files for your own use, and keep backup copies. You can also play them in your DJ sets. You cannot resell, share, upload or distribute the files, or use them in other commercial work, without our written permission. The copyright stays with the artists and the label.
After your payment is confirmed, the release is in your library and we send an email to your checkout address. To sign in, ask for a code at that address. You can download your purchase again from your library at no extra cost. Keep a backup copy: we cannot promise that the library will be available for ever.
If you are a consumer in the EU, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason, also after you download it. To cancel, tell us at [email protected] or use the support link in your Link receipt. You get the full price back through Link.
If a file is missing, damaged or not as described, write to [email protected] and we fix it or refund you. For a payment problem, use the support link in your Link receipt or support.link.com.
A full refund or a lost payment dispute ends access to that purchase in your library. A partial refund keeps your access. While a refund or dispute is open, new downloads of that purchase are paused. Files that you already saved stay on your device.
Merch is sold through Fourthwall, which is the merchant of record for those orders. Fourthwall's terms apply to payment, delivery and returns of merch.
Portuguese law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law of the country where you live.
Send complaints to [email protected]. You can also go to a consumer dispute resolution entity, such as CNIACC, the Portuguese national consumer arbitration centre (www.cniacc.pt), or use the Portuguese electronic complaints book (www.livroreclamacoes.pt).
